A Guide To Obtaining Free Samples
How would you feel if you knew there were places and businesses that are willing to give you free stuff and all you have to do is ask? You may have to provide some information like name, address, phone number, and email address so they can get the stuff to you but if that’s all that is required, then why not? If I had to guess I would say there are over a thousand sites that give away free stuff and about half that many in retail stores.
How would one go about getting freebies? Well friends, I will let you in on my little secret. Firstly, find yourself a computer and a nice comfortable chair. I say comfy chair because once I tell you my secret you are going to be hooked at looking up stuff online and be sitting on that seat for a while. Most of the freebies you will find are online and this is become the normal medium for companies to get free samples to the public. That is why most of America shops online rather than not having to drive and fight traffic and wait in a check-out line for a few hours.
The how to get freebies is a simple process. Once you’re are at your computer that has access to the World Wide Web, you just need to pull up your browser. Once you have that pulled up you may use your favorite search engine. Mine is Yahoo.com, but you may use any of them like Google or AOL. They all allow you to type in a text search and have a search box provided for you.
Once you have chosen your search engine, type in key word phrases like “freebies”, “free samples” or “free stuff” and their variations. This will generate search results that will often have free cosmetics and free samples of cosmetics. Once you find a list of places that provide these services fill out the information. There is a site called give usfreestuff.com and all you have to do is give your information and complete a few sponsor offers and they will send your free items to you in the mail. Another great site is FreeStuff4Free.com which update their legitimate freebies daily so you can always be assured of getting stuff in the mail constantly.
There are also free trial offers where you can try out a service for FREE. Some of these services include DVD rentals or free phone calls for a certain period. Just remember with any free trial offer and sponsor offers that you cancel before the trial period concludes. This will mean that you need to keep a record of the date you signed up so that you cancel and aren’t charged any fees. This is how they make their money to be able to provide free samples and freebies to you; through their sponsor companies. If you should forget to cancel before time they will not send any reminders of cancelations they will just charge you for the service or products. So it is critical that you cancel within the trial period time. This then will enable you to still enjoy the service without having to pay for them.
There are many other methods and sites available. My suggestion is to try a few out and you’ll get the hang of it in no time. You’ll know which sites to trust and which not to and also what you’re willing to do to get freebies.
