George Bush Bring Home 20,000 Troops!

Tonight the president will reveal his plan to add 20,000 more troops to the already over tired, exhausted soldiers who have been in Iraq for more than one year. Our response is simple, especially when your desire, YOU, the American people, is taken into consideration.

We believe this so-called "surge", which isn't what the administration is doing at all, it is an escalation; 20,000 troops will be added to be in harm's way and there will be no aggressive "surge" and no end in sight which is what a surge implies.......

We believe this so called "surge" is just another opportunity, perhaps the very last opportunity for Mr. Bush's and Mr. Cheney's constituents, the Haves (Haliburtons) and the Have-mores (Kellog Brown etc.)to get more in their pockets before this whole Iraq debacle collapses entirely!

We also see this so-called "surge", this addition of 20, 000 more Americans placed on Iraqi soil as another chance for the Bush administration to put into practice Mr. Bush's belief "you can fool some of the people all of the time, and those are the ones you want to concentrate on"--that is an actual quote. Bush's sophmorically "clever" play on the words of President Abraham Lincoln.

Warning, "Warning Will Robinson": You who have been fooled before by the great "DECIDER", the man who claims to be a "uniter not a divider"; The man who speaks to God, or God speaks to him.

Warning, Warning: He's out to trick you, to deceive you and fool you into supporting more War. Sounds like the devil to me. The devil speaks to God doesn't he? (God has the good sense not to listen.) There is saying that when the devil comes in modern times he will come pretending to be a good man and lead us down the garden path into hell on earth which is what we consider war and killing to be.

We suggest, as a counter proposal Mr.Bush start bringing home the troops, 20,000 troops at a time. Isn't that what we Americans really want to see? Whether some of us support the president or not almost all of us wish we never got into this war in the first place.

Cancel the reservations made for the 20,000 due to leave for Iraq, and bring home 20,000 troops every 3 months for the next 18 months. We think this is a plan that will work.

Tonye Allen and Ann Brown U.S. Journalists Still in Toronto,Ontario, Canada

We're continuing to talk about what happened to Ann Brown and Tonye Allen in Toronto,Ontario, Canada. As you may recallTonye Allen, a U.S. citizen , who works as a professional photographer under the name "TRILOBITE" for many popular publications, and well known corporations, was beaten and arrested by police in Toronto last October. Allen was in the company of his fiance, Ann Brown, also an American citizen, who is a free-lance journalist in her own right. They were hailing a taxi to go to the airport to travel to South Africa when they were inexplicably attacked by police officers from the 51st Division in Toronto. They had committed no crimes, nor had they broken any laws.

This is an update on what is happening in Tonye Allen's case:

  • Allen has been charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.
  • Allen sustained more than a dozen serious injuries despite being unarmed and providing no resistance to the arresting officers. He merely inquired why he was being arrested. When his fiance, Ann Brown asked where Allen was being taken she was threatened with arrest.
  • More than a month ago during a hearing in Toronto, Ontario the court issued an order returning Tonye Allen's passport. With that order also came a change of bail requirements. He and Ann Brown can travel outside of Canada but they must return for court dates and the trial.
  • Tonye Allen has hired Canadian attorney Jason Bogle to represent him in this matter.
  • On Thursday, January 4, 2007 another hearing was held and adjourned until Monday, January 22, 2007.
  • Allen and Brown are raising funds from donations made by the public to cover legal costs and other expenses. If you wish to contribute go to
Tonye Allen's Defense Fund for more information on how to donate.

  • Finally, we are hopeful this matter will soon be resolved. We ask you to join us in this sincere hope.
