* Chew cardamom seeds to have aromatic breath. It is a good breath freshener.
* Take food products that are rich in zinc as they check the growth of anaerobic bacteria in the mouth.
* Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar just before each meal which can be had with a glass of water. It aids digestion.
* Boil some cardamom, mint leaves and lemon leaves in water. Restrain the water and us it to gargle your mouth after meals. It will make your breath refreshing. If you want you can even sip this water. It has no harm.
* Drink lemon water after your food.
* You can boil some cumin seeds, mint leaves, basil leaves in water. You can drink this water or can use it to gargle. It reduces the bad breath as all these things have some refreshing agents in them.
