    Michael Vick Returns To NFL In Philadelphia

    Michael Vick, former quarter back for the Atlanta Falcons, has been re-instated conditionally in the NFL by Commissioner Roger Goodell.

    Here’s a nifty little video by satirist Merle Hazard–aka Harvard grad Jon Shayne. You are cautioned not to confuse the name with one of the all time Country Western great singers Merle Haggard. The name-Merle Hazard is very similar to the term “moral hazard” used in the fiancial industry and other places to describe the times when a person’s behavior is altered because his risks are borne by others.
