George Bush Is Tri-Lingual

Have you heard him speak English? We're still waiting. This revelation about the president's inability to speak Spanish fluently comes as no surprise to us. George Bush's linguistic skills, or lack thereof are legendary. It's not surprising that as the White House spokesman, Scott McClellan announced, "...his Spanish is not that good." We've heard him speak English or at least what is purported to be English. George Bush is a verifiable polyglot.

He is creative. He speaks jibberish, baloney, and he even makes up his own version of English. We have found him to be very entertaining as a speaker, not in the sense as you may find a Steven Colbert, Rush Limbaugh or Bill Maher, entertaining, but more like a Norm Crosby, or a Tommy Smothers is entertaining.

George Bush is an innovative lexicographer, too. He invents words such as "strategery", and he makes phrases such as "putting food on my family" popular. He's a modern day Humpty Dumpty. He makes words mean what he wants them to mean, i.e.
"I mean, there was a serious international effort to say to Saddam Hussein, you're a threat. And the 9/11 attacks extenuated that threat, as far as I-concerned."
George Bush December 12, 2005.

He's a veritable genius, a regular "Einstein of Linguistics". George Bush speaks with such subtlety and complexity it is difficult for native speakers of the language to comprehend what he's attempting to communicate in English, but foreigners find him easy to understand. He's competent to speak to Iraqis, Iranians and other inhabitants of the Middle East. He simply says, "Fuck you!" Go figure?
