America has had various terror alerts from, yellow, to orange to magenta, fuschia and red. Even in the news today a source at the Department of Homeland Security has confirmed the government has been “quietly stepping up counterterror efforts out of a growing concern that al Qaeda or similar organizations might try to capitalize on the spate of extremely high-profile events in the coming months.”

We conclude the design of the official political campaign web site for John McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee for POTUS, appears to have been outsourced. It seems the site was developed by some foreign workers who do not speak English. We think it appears they are not fluent in English. From what we’ve seen of the site we believe they know nothing about layout or development of web sites. (more…)

That’s right folks! We’ve been to the John McCain’s website and we’ve noted the latest campaign ad from Camp McCain entitled “Media Love” seems to be more than two and a half minutes of a love fest all about Senator Barack Obama.

In an attempt to bash the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party and the media’s seeming fondness for all things Obama, the presumptive nominee for the Republican ticket has come up with nearly three minutes of a video homage to the senator from Illinois.

We think John McCain isn’t the only one on the Repuglican side who doesn’t know diddly about advertising, marketing, or the Internet.

Some Dallas County, Texas politicians were having a public debate about the frequency of  lost documents in a particular county department, specifically , the traffic court. One politico who is white, said it seemed that central collections “has become a black hole” because paperwork reportedly has become lost in the office.

Another political type, who is black, said, in sincerity and seriousness, as he interrupted him with a loud “Excuse me!”  corrected his colleague, saying the office has become a “white hole.”

Go here to read how ridiculous the situation became. It ranks with the time the government worker in D.C. had to apologize for using the word niggardly and in the end lost his good government job because of the idiocy of those in charge.

BTW for those who do not know the word niggardly as defined in the Random House Unabridged Dictionary is “to be reluctant to give or spend; stingy; miserly. ” It has nothing to do with a pejorative description of a race of people.

And the phrase “black hole”, as every fifth grader knows is a term used in astronomy to
define the collapse of a star. It’s probably derived from the Black Hole of Calcutta where in
a small prison cell in Fort William, Calcutta, Indians are said to have imprisoned 146 Europeans, only 23 of whom were alive the following morning

We say invest some of that graft money in a good dictionary and use it often. We believe if Americans become familiar with their native tongue they will become more effective speakers and we hope they will spend less time inventing new ways to be really stupid.

Just one day before the nation began to celebrate its 232 birthday, on July 3, 2008, a California U.S. District Court judge handed down a very historic and noteworthy ruling.

In the matter of Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation Inc. v. Bush, an important case in the ongoing dispute over spying inside the United States sans warrant, the judge ruled that President George W. Bush is a felon. Chief Judge Vaughn Walker.

In his article published here Jon B. Eisenberg, one of the attorneys representing the plaintiff in the case, tells the story that has more twists than a Philadelphia soft pretzel. We don’t think Franz Kafka or Lewis Carroll could not have written a better piece of fiction. Unfortunately this story is fact and the details and the actions of the government make it almost comic.

According to Judge Walker  the president lacks the authority to disregard the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA — which means Bush’s warrantless electronic surveillance program was illegal. No one knows if Bush will ultimately be held accountable for violating federal law with the program remains unclear. Bush administration lawyers continue to strongly justify the actions taken by the administration. Domestic spying is, among other illegal acts, the  reason Congressman Dennis Kucinich  of Ohio, along with Robert Wexler of Florida, and Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin continue to support Kucinich’s  Articles of Impeachment.

As you read this sad and sometimes funny, but true account of what it takes to sue The President Of The United States, do remember, you do not have to be a suspected Muslim extremist to be bounced around the justice system. In these days and times you don’t even have to be an American citizen to get the full effect of bad treatment by law enforcement or officers of the court.

The news is certainly strange. Pelosi says, after four years, the door is open for impeachment of George Bush just as the clock ticks off the final months of  his term in office.

Ohio congressman Dennis Kucinich, former presidential candidate, tries just one more time to bring much needed attention to the fact George W. Bush is a felon who must be made to account for his abhorrent behavior, his lack of respect for the rule of law.

This is the petition which all citizens are invited to sign. We urge you to sign it.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that President George W. Bush has acted in a manner
contrary to his trust as President and Commander in Chief, and subversive of
constitutional government, to the prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the
manifest injury of the people of the United States and that he be impeached for high
crimes and misdemeanors.

There are thirty-five items, examples of Bush’s disdain and flagrant abuse of our constitution are detailed in this document.  As courageous as this act is believed to be , and we think it takes a great deal more courage to bring a real criminal up on charges than it does to  make the proverbial mountain out of a molehill in the matter of infidelity,  we hold little hope for success.

Most Americans believe there is nothing that can be done to bring the whole entire Bush posse to justice for its global crimes.

It’s not quite what our founding fathers had in mind….
