Africa Blanche Reilly Dark on Last Night’s Arrests of Two Near Jena Louisiana With Nooses
Africa Blanche Reilly Dark here to ask the question: If two white men could be arrested and charged with the police report indicating their bias motive as racial and anti-black, I’m wondering is Rapides Parrish in the same state of Louisiana as Jena? Is Rapides Parrish, Louisiana governed by the same laws as La Salle Parish, Louisiana? The District Attorney J. Reed Walters, whose jurisdiction is La Salle Parrish could not find any laws to use to charge those young “pranksters” for threatening black students with lynching in a school yard. I just don’t think his research of the matter was thorough enough. That is probably why he was unable to find the proper statute to charge those young “boys will be boys” types with a crime….any crime. How about starting with terroristic threats or something similar?
I still think J. Reed Walters and the judge in the Jena Six case should be removed not just from the proceedings, but from office as well for this gross miscarriage of justice. I think it’s time for federal intervention…and don’t send that whimp U.S. Attorney General Williams to investigate…he’s useless and ineffective.
You, J. Reed Walters may relish and revel in the inconvenience, the sorrow and the pain you are causing the families and the young teens of the Jena Six as you are dogged about “making Mychal Bell accountable for his actions”. What about the white teens who have broken the law in this matter that started with theso-callednoose hanging prank in the school yard? What kind of punishment will they be receiving?
Enjoy the notariety you are receiving from news reports around the world, but be assured of this one fact…you must be accountable. You will be accountable for your actions!
