Dangerous Lingerie: Woman Files Lawsuit Against Victoria’s Secret

Her name is Macrida Patterson, a 52-year-old Los Angeles woman who says the thong lingerie she purchased from Victoria’s Secret is defective in its design and caused injury to her person.
Seems Ms Patterson was shopping at the famous lingerie store when a decorative metallic piece dislodged from the low-rise v-string, a kind of thong style, smacking her in the eye.
Ms Patterson has filed a law suit alleging the metallic piece damaged her cornea. She and her lawyer Jason Buccat say VS is responsible for the injury to her eye. They have filed for damages in an undetermined amount.
There are some who believe Ms Patterson is too old to be wearing a thong styl lingerie garment. Others say that since this incident occurred last year in May she hash no grounds to hold VS responsible. Others wonder why she was trying on such intimate apparel in the store. Most females have been taught not to try on such items before purchase.
We say regardless to when the injury occurred, she has the right to sue and hold VS accountable. We also say women who are fifty-plus years-old can be sexy, too. Being sexy is not just for young girls. We like grown and sexy!
We wish Ms Patterson much success in being made whole and we hope VS will reconsider modifying its alleged dangerous lingerie design in the future. This could require a thong recall!
