NASCAR Heir Driver (??) Jamie C. (J.C.) France Arrested

In the early morning hours of Thursday, October 8, 2009, in Daytona Beach, Volusia County Florida, reliable sources report the grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France, the son of Grand-Am founder Jim France; and cousin of Brian France chairman and CEO of NASCAR; 44 year-old Jamie C. (J.C.) France, was arrested and charged with speeding, DUI and possession of illegal narcotics.
When the story appeared online at the web site of the local newspaper this is the advertisement that briefly accompanied the local news story:
Someone in the newsroom of the Daytona Beach News-Journal Online replaced the scary mugshot of France with the BowFlex ad (wink! wink!). The person responsible for this made a poor, fatal, bad, unfortunate ad placement decision with reference to the news story about a guy who is such a loser he’s known as “son of Grand-Am founder”, “grandson of NASCAR founder” or “J.C. (Brian’s Cousin) France..”.
NASCAR owns the Grand-Am, and France’s father is the founder of the Grand-Am as well as an executive member of the NASCAR board; we believe those facts are the reason France has been suspended for an indefinite period. Word on the street is the suspension is for life. We’re going to make a prediction.
