    R.J. Matson,  editorial cartoonist and illustrator for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Roll Call, has won two Missouri Press Association Awards for editorial cartoons; he is known for having drawn Time Magazine’s 2007 Best Cartoon of the Year. (shown below)
