UPDATE: Search For Julian King Nephew of J-Hud Continues; Family Offers $100K Reward
Actress Jennifer Hudson and her family offer a $100,000 reward Sunday for the safe return of her 7-year-old nephew, who has been missing since the Friday shooting deaths of Hudson’s mother and brother at the family home on Chicago’s South Side.
The search continues for little seven year-old Julian King with Chicago police handing out fliers in the area as they look for the child who was reported missing late Friday following the discovery by another family member and police the bodies of his murdered maternal grandmother and uncle in the family home on the South Side of Chicago.
The mother of singing sensation Jennifer Hudson, Darnell Donerson, and her son, Jason Hudson, Jennifer Hudson’s brother, both had been mortally wounded by gun blasts, and found dead by police authorities on Friday. Late Friday evening the seven year-old African American male child was reported missing and police issued an Amber Alert to enlist the help of the local and national community to find the boy.
The FBI is working with the Chicago police to search for the boy described as being 4-feet-11 and 130 pounds. He was wearing a striped brown polo shirt and khaki pants when last seen.
The family announced today, Sunday, October 26, 2008 they are offering a reward of $100 thousand for the child’s return to his family.
