Paris Hilton Back Behind Bars
Paris Hilton has been ordered by a Los Angels judge reutrned to the women's detention center from which she was released yesterday.
"I at no time condoned the action of the sheriff," Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer
It seems the local sheriff, Lee Baca, overstepped his authority when he violated the judge's sentencing order, which prohibited house arrest or work release.
The sheriff is accused of preferential treatment for a celebrity.
Hilton has been returned to the correctional treatment center -- that is a special wing in the facility for unspecified mental psychological problems.

Hilton is expected to serve another 18 days behind bars under a standard credit applied against her term for time served on good behavior.
