We love David Letterman. We love him even when he makes mistakes as we are all prone to do. Who is better able to supply a viable alternative to all the vitriol coming from this situation than a veteran of the late night host wars of twenty years ago?

We especially like that Dave Letterman has sanely, reasonably, generously offered a solution to the late night programming issues at the competing network NBC. (more…)
