You Think What?

It began with syndicated radio host Michael Baisden, known as “the Badboy of Radio” who simply said he was going to be in Jena Louisiana for the sentencing of one Mychal Bell. Bell is one of six black male teens charged in the December 2006 assault of Justin Barker a white student. All are students at the Jena High School in the tiny country town.

Bell is the only one charged as an adult in the case. Last Friday, September 14, 2007 the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Lake Charles Louisiana ruled Bell’s June conviction as an adult be vacated, reversed and set aside. He was 16 at the time of the incident. Before the appeals court decision he faced more than 20 tyears in prison for what experts agree was tantamount to a school yard fight. (more…)

We recently reported how city officials made some critical mistakes when the school board and the district attorney determined they should pull out all the stops to punish some tenn black males and their families for an incident that amounted to a school yard fight.

Earlier this week Senator Barack Obama, a Democrat from Illinois, took advantage of the opportunity offered by the producers of the nationally syndicated radio program “The Michael Baisden Show”, to comment on the ongoing case of high school students in Jena, Louisiana who have been charged with murder for a high school fight. The fight was precipitated by white students hanging nooses from the branches of a tree on the school campus in response to the black students sitting under the tree formerly known as “The Tree of Knowledge”. The tree was considered for many years to be the gathering place for “whites only”.

September 11, 2001 is a date that will live in infamy. The date will be remembered and commemorated not because our nation was attacked by Osama bin Laden or by some nefarious terrorist group named al-Qaida, but because it is widely believed this was an event perpetrated on Americans and on citizens of other nations by corrupt, greedy individuals who are members of the George Walker Bush administration, and mainly the Republican party in order to make war to secure the oil fields of the Middle East.

Democrat leaders are complicit in this tragedy because of their apparent complacent non-response in defending the rights of Americans with the change in the laws that have decimated the United States Constitution under the guise of protecting us from foreign enemies of the state.

We like the Apple iPhone. We do not like AT&T for a variety of reasons among them lousy customer service, billing issues and pitiful transmission quality.

In other countries where the Apple iPhone is available you may select the carrier service you want for your iPhone. In the land of the free you get AT&T by default. You do not get to choose.

Some technologically saavy people have found a way ( a hack) to change the carrier by “unlocking” the phone. We heard the hack was discovered within the first 24 hours that the device was available. (more…)

During the 15 minute court proceeding in front of a federal judge in a Virginia courthouse suspended Atlanta Falcons’ star quarterback Michael Vick entered a plea of guilty to federal conspiracy charges.

Following the legal appearance Vick went before world media to address his behavior over the past several months, apologize for his deception, announce his religious conversion and ask to be forgiven by his myriad fans. (more…)

As hard as they tried to avoid it they have managed to put themselves, their idiot behavior and their bigoted litte town on the world stage. Jena, Louisiana is or will soon be a household name. Nearly inimitably inarticulate as always, George W. Bush gives us his view on the Attorney General’s highly desired, to the point many believed it was too much to hope for but hoped for nonetheless, long overdue, totally unexpected resignation, which has been well received greeted with relief and a better late than never public response.
