To acknowledge the victory of Senator Barack Obama in securing the appropriate number of delegates to become the Democratic Party’s nominee for President of the United States we proudly present video of the old school R&B girl group The Pointer Sisters performing the song they made popular in the 1970s. We also provide the lyrics written by Lee Dorsey. (If you’re really really old old school you’ll know the Pointer Sisters version of “Yes We Can Can” is a cover of the original song recorded by Lee Dorsey, but that’s only if you’re expert at old school musicology.)
Now’s the time for all good men
