U.S. Economy In Crisis GOP Spends $2500 Per Day On Clothing For Palin

That’s right readers the Republican National Committee (RNC) has spent $150,000 on clothing for vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, her husband and her five children. Included in this bill is the cost to makeover the family of seven from Alaska. This must be a record for shopping over a seven week period!
The story of a popular governor and her family being thrust into the national and international limelight is nearly equivalent to the story of the Beverly Hillbillies except Palin’s family dresses better; Ellie Mae is pregnant and engaged to be married to Jethro. (Okay that sounds incestuous if you consider the Ellie Mae and Jethro characters are cousins.)
Nevertheless as working class Americans struggle to survive the RNC made a strategic decision to spend an amount equal to more than seven years of $400 John Edwards’ hair cuts.
On the other hand this is the justification for the proposed McCain tax cut for those who earn more than $250 thousand annually. They need a tax cut because without it they’ll only be able to spend $140 thousand.
