ALEC, the American Legislative Exchange Council, lobbies legislators in Washington, D.C. as well as your state’s legislators, to pass bills contrary to the best interests of you and your family.
The Center for Media and Democracy, CMD, and Pulitzer Prize winning political cartoonist Mark Fiore, along with the Alliance for a Better Utah, have created a wonderfully, uncomplicated message to inform the voting public about the recently disclosed agenda for the American Legislative Exchange Council, private lobby group charity. Recently the group, known by the acronym ALEC, held its 39th annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The investigative journalism collaborative focused on the public relations industry, Center for Media and Democracy, has targeted the American Legislative Exchange Council to reveal the council’s agenda. ALEC Exposed is established to inform voters in all fifty states of the lobbying being done by corporations.
