We’ve been hearing from our sources that Kenneth D. Lewis, Chairman, CEO and President of Bank of America Corporation, known as the “Bank With the Opportunity to Take Advantage of You”, will soon be announcing a change of strategy with the rebranded slogan “The Bank That Cares”. Hard to believe but we’ve been told by our sources Bank of America has had a rather extreme change of heart and will soon be announcing a new program to benefit any customer, current or past, who has been over charged with erroneous Not Sufficient Funds, mortgage or credit card fees.
Sources tell us customers need only visit their local banking center and speak to the manager to have their concerns addressed and receive an immediate refund.
Visit your local BOA Banking Center during regular business hours to discuss reparations with the manager.
We’ll be checking with our sources for more information about this revolutionary change in policy.
